Borger Texas is the slowest service I have ever experienced. I waited for over 35 min. to get through the line. They were very busy but several times they held up the line for over 5 min to move the line forward. They did not utilize the parking for orders and move the people over there with big orders. And constantly they are out of Sprite and chocolate milk for the little kids. It is very frustrating and I would not go there but the grandkids always want happy meals.
DON'T GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. Every time our order is not right when we get home. My Husband ordered 3 McChickens with only cheese and ketchup on them. I ordered a McDouble. We got home and the fries (large order) was only half full. There was only one chicken sandwich that was made correctly. There was no McDouble in the bag and they didn't add the sauses we asked for. It was about 5:45pm when we went. They should be at the top of their game ready for all the folks that come through during time. Very unhappy with the quality and attention to details.
Clean and foods good but no place for kids to play at all tvs broken games are gone 1 tiney tunnel is it!! Definately disapointed!!!

Randomly jumps between very good food and service to very bad food and service. Today, I received bad service. Two large orders of fries, cold and only half full, one burger which was first incorrectly given to us as a chicken sandwich, and was almost messed up a second time, and generally slow service.
