Took my 2016 Yukon XL Denali in for warranty repair on a Saturday. Service department was closed but Matt and Dillon on the vehicles sales side took care of us and put us in a brand new Yukon to drive while we waited till the following week to see what was going to happen with our Yukon. The staff at country was very costumer oriented and made sure to address all our needs and concerns. They went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. Service quickly informed us of what they found wrong and Cody at the service desk made sure to overnight any parts needed and handled our repair expeditiously. All in all it was a pleasure having our repair work handled there with all expenses handled by the dealer.
Country Chevrolet did a great job in helping me with my new GMC Danali. Everyone was polite and made everything very easy. We will being doing business with them again in the near future for a new vehicle for my wife.
Great experience,great staff. Frank Wilson and John Crawford worked they're tails off to get me a good deal with excellent financing. I really appreciate all they did. This is the fifth vehicle I've bought from country chevrolet in Borger and I like that I can keep my business local.

Poor communication. Internet service...well don't expect to get any response until after they tell you the sold the vehicle . Would not do business here after my experience . EVER.
