Dr. Hawley was a great doctor. My 6 yr old daughter had a bad asthma attack. Her blood oxygen level dropped. We took her to Golden Plains in the middle of the night ( they were horrible. go to a hospital in Amarillo!) they gave her one dose of medicine and sent her home. She had a huge relapse and it took 4 breathing treatments in a row to get her breathing right. Dr. Hawley saw her as a NEW patient immediately. Gave her steroid shot because her oxygen level had dropped again and a steroid script and a whole lot of other things that the hospital should have done!. He was really attentive, clearly cared about his patient and told me if it didn't get better in a few hours to take her to Amarillo. I am so grateful he cared and helped my daughter, as I was new to the town and clearly the hopsital was not the place to go.
