Nasty and hateful how are they even allowed to stay open??
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is ridiculous. The staff is horrible, there's no shampoo or anything to use. Just all around disgusting and horrendous. For the love of God, do not stay here, just keep on going!
This place is a JOKE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I was here for two weeks and they were absolutely rude and just gross. They didn't clean my room and when they did they told me all of my thing needed to be out of the room before they would clean. After arguing with the man and his wife for 20 mins he looked me out of my room while my 3 month old puppy was inside. He told me I had to leave and wouldn't be getting a refund. So I then had to call my husband and have him take off work so he could talk to them and so I could get my dog. This all happened after the power was out for a whole night and it was -10 degrees. While the power was out we went to our truck to sleep so we had heat and they told us that we could not run it in the parking lot. Again DO NOT STAY HERE. go to the Haratige inn right up the road in town.
I have been a resident of deluxe for a month. So far, here are the facts. In 30 days I have been here, The water has frozen three times, The sewer was backed up 4 days, The electrical was off for certain residents because of disrepair for two days. And the "Manager" will not spend the money to fix anything. I Have helped "snake the sewer", I repaired My own water valve(with me getting wet of course, as the "manager" stands by and does nothing but bring the new valve) I am using as of this date my own heat tape to prevent further interuptions, and not only that, He Wrote on my door with permanent marker, that I was late with rent. (I am living in an RV.) Now he has the audacity to raise everyones rent by 50 dollers. As we speak, he is trying to clean my door. TOO LATE SOB. I am calling the police and filing a report. I also was instructed to Dump my gray water tank on the ground as the sewer was plugged. So, I will also be filing a report with the city.
We stayed here because due to the turnover there is no where else to stay that's close to the refinery. They only come and get the towels when they choose to, they don't clean the rooms my husband has had to go get the vacuum many times to vacuum our floor, we had to buy our own sheets because they refused to change them. They don't make the beds, rarely take out the trash, there is always trash all over the grounds, we have a stove in our room and there is carpet under it which I'm sire is not safe. They have yelled at us from across the parking lot that we needed to pay we werent late we had just got back, the owners are very rude, inconsiderate and hateful. I will not stay here again and I hope other people can find a different place to stay.
